SCG’s institution building program enhances the strategic capacity of Ministries of Defense, Interior, and Public Security, and operational and combatant commands to improve the sustainability and impact of modernization and reform programs.
SCG’s Academies of Excellence Program is designed to modernize and reform military and law enforcement academies. The program works with government ministries and academy leaders to assess institutional effectiveness, revise learning outcomes, design new curricula, enhance faculty expertise, create feedback loops, and streamline academy management processes
SCG’s Border Security Program utilizes a multi-tiered approach in countries with critical border hotspots using facilitated dialogue at the senior ministerial level; community engagement and threat assessment skills at the operational level; and building engagement platforms between law enforcement and communities at the local level.
SCG’s CVE and CT program assesses local drivers of radicalization and develops solutions enabling community-government partnerships.
